Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
BrokerX is a CRM platform for real-estate teams, operated by Invictus AI, Pune, India. By accessing or using BrokerX, you and your agency agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Accounts and Access Control
Access to BrokerX is provided on an invite-only basis by your agency administrator. Users must maintain the security of their credentials. Each user is assigned an employee ID, role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer), and work area which strictly controls their permissions within the application.
3. Agency Ownership and Data Separation
Each agency retains full ownership of the clients, listings, and broker records entered into its BrokerX workspace. Every agency's data is kept separate from other agencies.
4. Acceptable Use and Activity Auditing
Agencies agree to use BrokerX exclusively for lawful real-estate agency operations. Account actions, including data modifications, status changes, and record views, are logged and made accessible to administrators to ensure organizational transparency.
5. Deletion and Recovery
Records removed by agency members are moved to an agency recycle bin and may be restored by administrators in accordance with internal business needs.
